a whole new me…
Okay maybe not a whole new me.. but Iron Brides and the wonderful group of girls we have on the show have really shown me the potential that I have. I think one specific part of me that has changed is I am not going to hold back, and I am going try to me more of a dreamer.
After Jack was born, I imeadiatly became a realist. Having children put your life into prospective pretty quick. I had a job, I had a degree but I knew I wasnt where I wanted to be and after I had my son I decided I wanted to get there. But my “there” so to speak, was corporate, making lots of money for my family.
I will have completed my second degree by my wedding date, but I don’t think I will venture the corporate route. Thanks to iron brides I will most likely be doing something that relates to art in some way or another. Weather it be literally art with paint and paper, or something with fashion, or food. I do not know. But I am going to stick with what I am passionate about, and I don’t think I would have done this if it had not been for Iron Brides.
